Vegas Robaina Clasicos Review:
Its taste is quite similar to that of Familiares. The flavour, which is half way between medium and strong, is perfectly combined with some smooth, creamy, cocoa or spicy notes among others. The minimum ageing recommended for this cigar is at least three years.

Review #19: To Reviewer 18: I am sorry you had such a poor Classico but perhaps you should try a few more before you unload such a low rating on this great cigar! When young Classicos are quite powerful but as they age they mellow out and blossom into a mellow herbal flower. The taste is sublime and so it the construction. Reviewer 18 must have just had some extraordinary bad luck. - Submitted by guyderue on May 12, 2008
Review #18: I smoked a Clasicos not long after the Familiares and I was equally disappointed with it. In fact, I had to toss it after struggling with tightness for more than half an hour. I could barely get any smoke from it even with light and aggressive massaging. This cigar seemed very floral to me. I will be aging my other Clasicos even more with the hope that age may help. Most certainly not a strong cigar. It's on the lighter side of medium. The wrapper cracked quite badly as I smoked it; no doubt because it had to much filler. A disappointing cigar from the Robaina line. There certainly are better cervantes out there that represent Cuban quality and flavour much more than the Clasicos does. This cigar gets less marks than the Familiares because of the poor construction. - Submitted by cookj1 on May 12, 2008
Review #17: I got in a couple boxes of these from 2001.
They are smoking really well right now.
Very light cocoa powder flavors predominate, with a core of light cedar and tea. While not as complex as the Unicos, these are very flavorful. - Submitted by planetbetter on April 28, 2008
Review #16: Another "go to" smoke since I know this will never let me down. A wonderfully flavourful medium bodied Lonsdale that with herbal/cocoa overtones though its so balanced nothing really jumps out at you. This is a lesser known cigar that hasn't gotten its share of popular press, making it a nice little secret to those who know and love it. - Submitted by Blue Humidor on February 8, 2008
Review #15: Muy buen habano. Arde bien, gran tiro, sabor tostado y magnífico aroma. - Submitted by frulgens on January 13, 2008
