Review #91: A very well built cigar. Smoked great from the beginning to the end. Great flavor of cedar and sweetness. A third of the way it developed stronger characteristic and finished with a powerful full-bodied intensity. Great draw throughout. Excellent. - Submitted by tocayo on August 23, 2013

Review #90: MAR 10 What a gorgeous cigar with light colorado silky wrapper. Perfect construction and burn full of herbed butter practically without spice - delicious and relaxing. A Classic in the making, medium bodied and delectable. - Submitted by BonVivant on January 28, 2013

Review #89: JUL 11 While overpriced this cigar is one of my favorites. Right out of the box there was some citrus combined with medium-strength, creamy smoke. As the cigars rested in a humidor the citrus faded and was replaced with a subtle sweetness that blended nicely with the rest of the cigar. Well made. Good draw and even burn. - Submitted by Miskis on October 30, 2012

Review #88: NOV 09 A tremendous cigar! Bursting with flavour from the first draw to the last and especially fruity to begin with, with rum and raisin, and gentle floral hints throughout. Only downside for me was lack of power and a moderate draw for a robusto. Still, bought a box of 12 Nov. 09 in Zurich airport and was very happy to take the two remaining boxes a week later. Not sure additional age will improve this any, but this is an ideal afternoon smoke, to take advantage of its gentleness and an already encouraging complexity. Very good construction with an almost veinless wrapper. Splendid to the eye as to be expected with all Trinidad cigars. - Submitted by GK Chesterton on September 29, 2012

Review #87: This cigar was given to me by a friend about three years ago. I placed it in my humidor and waited for it to bloom. When it had a nice dusting to it, I removed it and enjoyed it with a small glass of Basil Hayden Whiskey. Upon lighting the cigar, I noted a toasty woodsy taste with a hint of leather that was quite pleasant. The flavor changed quickly and drastically to a flavor I had never experienced. I tried to wrap my mind around what I was tasting and the only thing I could think of to describe it was a cherry-almond flavor. It was sweet and floral. After a few puffs I began to notice a hint of pepper and at about the 1/4 mark it was full on pepper. Made my eyes water! The cigar continued to alternate between these two flavors until the near the end. As I was nearing the end of this smoke, the flavor changed to a pleasant tea/grass taste with some leather notes mixed in. As far as the overall taste of this cigar I would give it an A-. Great mix of flavors with a moderate strength. I did start to get that Cuban buzz going around the halfway point. As far as the construction goes, I was very disappointed with this particular stick. The burn was uneven and the draw was tight and produced very little smoke. I would love to get my hands on another one though in the hopes of getting a well-constructed one. Overall a great cigar with wonderful flavor changes. - Submitted by ARP on September 10, 2012
