--- A ''tough'' cigar, that should not be taken lightly. The Robusto Extra has a powerful flavor palate that progresses as time goes by, and definitely a full body. Also, during the last third, an explosion of earthly aromas, that are almost overwhelming, stands out from the thick smoke. A bit to strong for my personal taste, but should be absolutely thrilling for someone that occasionally enjoys a Siglo VI. --- This is a very refined cigar. Medium strenght smooth and fruity. Very good construction and perfect burn. In my opinion the problem with this cigar is that it does not really taste of much. No evolution in the flavor either. It is one dimensional. I smoke it usually after a light lunch or with coffee in the afternoon. --- Mmm, When first examined the aroma was intoxicating. After lighting up it seemed a little light in flavour, yet oh so enjoyable. There was variation in flavour throughout and gradually, bit by bit gaining in strength as the cigar progressed. This particular cigar is very easy to smoke, with a good draw, a finger burner at the very least. APR 07 This is certainly not a full flavoured cigar at all, it is no more than medium. Another masterfully constructed cigar from Trinidad; burning perfectly with an easy draw. Starts out pretty light with flavours of dried grass, cedarwood and cream. The flavours with these cigars always seem to be rather...in the background/muted. Builds to medium with touches of pepper and lemongrass. The final third gives hints of muted earthiness, smoking to a respectably short nub before becoming harsh. Not particularly complex, but enjoyable. The flavours are wonderful, but for me, it is just far too light to do them justice, particularly for such a large size, so, for my taste, I can't give it any more than a 6/10. I think this cigar would benefit greatly from a little extra kick in the blend. Not blended for any long term ageing. - Submitted by A. Dyer on May 13, 2010
