Trinidad Coloniales Review:
Last year we had the chance of tasting the new Trinidad Colonials. This petit Corona is finished with a "perilla", excelent quality, taste and aroma. Great smoke with subtleness and complexity for real connoseurs. Would benefit of maturing for another two-three months.

Review #52: These have not had the time to age, but the 2005 version certainly have some similar flavors to the Fundadores. I think these will be great smokes with time and worth the slight premium in cost. - Submitted by fabio on November 1, 2007
Review #51: I met a businessman at work who lived in Cuba most of his life. I asked him if he smoked cigars and when he said he did, I asked him what he thought was the best Cuban cigar. Without missing a beat, he said "Trinidad."
Probably, the finest cigar I ever smoked was a well-aged Trinidad Fundadore.
I finally got around to tasting the Coloniales about a year ago, and I've got a few left. I just smoked one (about the 20th from the box)and it is the best Cuban corona (if you can call it that) I ever had. The construction and burn have been flawless with each one. The body is mild to medium and the flavor is inexhaustible. Marvelous complexity keying on a very toasty light woodiness with one hell of a long finish.
I can't say enough about this smoke.

Review #50: Box date DEC 06.
Everyone says to enjoy a cigar very slowly but with this one I just kept wanting to keep on puffing. I thought it might get too hot but it didn't. Was surprised how good this is with such little age. I found this to be a very relaxing smoke that has a woodsy kind of taste. Excellent contruction, draw, everything. I can just imagine how much better this smoke gets with age. My frst Trinidad and what a first impession!!! - Submitted by cigar are good on September 29, 2007
Review #49: Impresionante. Magnifico aroma y sabor. Construccion y quemada excelente. Un 10 para mi,y despues de probar un par de cajas de diversos aņos,imprescindible en un buen humidor. - Submitted by jordibetriu on August 20, 2007
Review #48: A beautiful smoke, the Coloniales compares to it's little brother the Reyes. The Trinidad's always seem so balanced even with limited age. There's a real grassiness to this cigar and I really find it has such a relaxing aroma and flavour. The construction and burn are flawless. It burns perfectly. I could smoke these all day long. A good cigar for any occasion. This made an impressive gift too. - Submitted by cookj1 on July 30, 2007
