Review #19: What a great cigar. Flavors of toffee and leather dominate this one, with a spicy finish. One of the best minutos out there. Young ones can be a bit grassy however, displaying a horseradish element in it's bitterness. Still, better than most. Just a hint of tobacco flavor on the finish. - Submitted by JohnnieG on January 25, 2005

Review #17: Being relatively new to cigars, and the El P being amongst the first I tried, I smoked a few and found them to be too strong and overpowering. However having toyed with many other cubans from generally a similar vitola I came to realise that I really missed the el principe. In particular I can now appreciate the construction of the El P as it always burns straight with thick ash and has plenty of power to spare. I also came round to enjoying the rich and complex taste that was at first overpowering but now so satisfying. I would thoroughly recommend these as the genuine cuban experience in a small package. Also it must not be forgotten that these are absolutely fantastic value for money - I get these imported to the UK from Spain for about GBP70 (that's only three pounds a cigar!!). - Submitted by Graham on January 15, 2005
Review #16: This is a really big surprise. I wasnt expecting much from such a small cigar and the feelings i have after smoking it are indescribable. Before you light this cigar, take a few puffs. Youll be surprised by the grassy, fruity taste you'll receive! Very nice. The burn was even, the draw easy, perfect, the cigar was not overheated. It offered me approximately 40 minutes of pleasure. Every puff, greets you with a different kind of taste. Never too hard, never irritating. I will defenitely buy a box of those and keep them in my good humidor. Strange it may seem for such an inexpensive cigar, the feelings i had after finishing it, were equivalent to the ones after my first Siglo VI. - Submitted by Dimitris in Athens - Greece on January 13, 2005
Review #15: Box code EAR ABR 02, wrappers dark milk chocolate slight square shaped, classic cuban aromas.First one lit out of the box was pure heaven, all the classic cuban flavors of cocoa, espresso, nutmeg and vanill cream are here, even noted some honey and black cherry.
I just ordered 4 more boxes to be put down for a few years, they can only get better from here on out.
