San Cristobal de La H. Oficios Review:
The new OFICIO is named after what used to be Old Havana's main street and
where people of such "noble trades" as scribblers, intellectuals and small
cigar makers set up shops.
A little bit harsh especially the first third, this cigar reminds us with
the Petit Corona made for the Festival del Habano 2000 in the black limited
edition boxes. Will definetaly imrpove with age.(courtesy of LA CAVA Geneve)

Review #9:  To reviewer #4...What are you smokeing? Sounds like Por Larranga. Even the smell unlit is of black cherry. All 3 sizes taste the same. They are a good smoke, and very tasty. Like tasteing blackcherry soda mixed with cocoa - Submitted by habanohal on January 21, 2008
Review #8: I really enjoyed this cigar. I have nothing bad to say about it. Good burn, construction, and appearance. It's not one of the best SCdlH's, but it is still an excellent Habano. I'm not sure I'd run out to get a box of these, but I certainly wouldn't have any hesitations to pick up a single to break up the cigar rotation. I had smoked the Oficios immediately after a Partagas No. 1 and unfortunately it didn't distinguish itself as much as the Parti No. 1. - Submitted by cookj1 on October 15, 2007
Review #7: Well its been 6 months and i must say, the age has done it well, flavours are a little stronger and it had a very sweet smell to it, which i found rather refreshing, but overall quality was not lost, these cigars are beautifully crafted and although some might say the draw is tight, i'd say its perfect, some cigars are too tight and some are too loose this one is a balance but maybe a little to the tight. Review #5: Box Date May 2006, this is definitely a young cigar, the draw i would not say was tight more of firm, start tasted a bit like black cherries and then mellowed out to give a very earthy wood flavour , mild strength overall, just had a sancho panza belicosos, not as refined but i enjoyed the flavour much more.
