Review #54: DEC 06 AOM DIC 06 Have three of these left from a box opened last June. The wrappers look as if they were coated with a light rub of olive oil. Deep, rich, colorado colored wrappers. The sheen is that good. As good as anything I have seen on Romeo Churchills, or Partigas Lusis. I would have to say, of all the marquis Corona Gordas out there (Hoyo Epicure No. 1 and Upmann Magnum 46's included) this is a must have for anybody who claims to know anything about the world of Havanas. - Submitted by snapsix on December 27, 2008

Review #52: FEB 01 One of the nicest Corona Gorda's out there, very nice draw and excellent smoke experience. Very balanced at the start it gives Liquirice and honey touches after the 1st 3rd. A cigar for any time of the day. - Submitted by DimitrisF on December 22, 2008

Review #51: I'm planning to purchae a box of Serie A but as I knew there's a annual limited-quantity in production of Saint Luis Rey, so I'm seeking for any concrete advise on diffentiating Serie A and Regios (I had smoked Regios and loved this stick). Thanks. - Submitted by ericryan on September 16, 2008

Review #50: SEP 06 A sultry Southern Cal afternoon, trying to get a little writing done on my deck. I need a good smoke. This is the twelfth from my first box (Sep.06) of 25 Serie A. I like this cigar particularly in the late afternoons, as the third or fourth cigar of the day. Medium brown wrapper, not very oily, smoothly rolled. The knot I feel under the band made me wonder about draw problems, but once again, the draw is excellent from start to finish. There's a tangy edge to the pleasing dry woodiness. The body is medium, but the flavors build wonderfully. There's a slight saltiness and hint of olive which I don't find in any other vitola. I also taste just a small bit of black pepper "bang" in each ample puff. The cigar burns well and evenly, generating a silver-gray ash. The finish is long, with delicate salt and oak lingering for minutes after each draw is expelled. The Serie A is interesting and rewarding and becoming mellower and tastier as they age. - Submitted by cpubiz on August 7, 2008
