Review #74: NOV 08 Very good cigar, recommanded - Submitted by krishmetz on March 10, 2010

Review #73: OCT 08 Sat down with my first SLR Serie A last evening. They have been in the humidor for only a week, but I couldn't resist. Right from the start, this cigar was excellent. The flavors were fruity during the first third, and then became distinctly chocolate. For a few draws, it actually reminded me of a cherry cordial, with the chocolate and cherry flavor combining. The burn and draw were near perfect, and I smoked the first one down to the nub. Ten minutes later, I was cutting and lighting a second stick. I was very pleasantly surprised. More flavor than the SLR Regios. - Submitted by Gary Price on February 27, 2010

Review #72: NOV 06 Wonderful dress box with glistening colorado wrappers and well rolled. Toasty, fruity, graham cracker, touch of leather and spice weave in and out as it is smoked. Burns very cool and is such a winner that I often have burnt fingers by the end. - Submitted by jfury76 on January 24, 2010

Review #71: JUL 08 More depth and complexity than the Regios, and needs more aging time too. Great nutmeg and cream flavor on the strong side of medium. This is the type of stick that makes you earn it, but it shows everything that this brand offers. The right stick to offer to a friend who knows something about cigars. - Submitted by peteando on October 27, 2009

Review #70: MAR 02 I scored this dressbox from 02. At first I was a bit hesitant because these were made in the provincial factory S Espiritus. But I overcame my prejudice and was pleasantly surprised with these high quality cigars. The wrappers are very smooth and shiny and they smell really nice. They are medium to strong cigars with the same kind of grassy flavour as Cohiba but they have their own very characteristic taste. I noticed a little sweetness, saltiness, coffee, licorice and green herbs. Never overwhelming but reliable and classy. My current favourite cigar after a salad meal. - Submitted by Tony Amsterdam on September 20, 2009
