Review #43: I LOVE this cigar, the size, aroma, burn its perfect for me! But the aroma of these cigars is THE BEST!! so far, These cigars are in my top 5 at the moment and hope they stay there for a while and wait to you try the Cab of 50...WOW!!! - Submitted by mal on February 25, 2008
Review #42: I bought a box dated PAS-MAY01. I should be happy because this is a vintage box but the taste is bland and boring. I have smoked 3 so far and they are just too mild for my taste. The construction, draw and ash is perfect, but the taste is BLAND! I think if you're going to age cigars it shouldn't be any more than 5 years. These 7 yrs olds are too too bland. I also purchased a few loose ones and they tasted much much stronger and better. - Submitted by nnjlon2 on February 9, 2008
Review #41: I had only a couple of singles from those. In total about 6-7. But to me they are the weekest among the cuban robustos. No burn problems at all , but flavourwise it only catches up in the last third. Boli, Partagas, and RASS are to me the much better choise.(BD 04/06) - Submitted by bolibeli on January 9, 2008
Review #40: This cigar smells sweet and tastes sweeter throughout. It has a beautiful lightish wrapper and the clarity of the flavours makes this cigar a real lipsmacker. The cigar begins with vanilla cream and a tangy zestiness - with cedar, coffee and slight leather undertones. Halfway down the flavour becomes more earthy and leathery. Towards the nub the flavours intensify to a sweet and peppery crescendo - till the lips are burnt sore. A truly excellent cigar and it has now demoted the ERdM Choix Supreme to second place of the Hermoso no.4 premier league. - Submitted by CastroGTX on January 2, 2008
Review #39: Excellent cigar, when the draw is workable... I cannot rate it any better this time around than a 7, because approx. half of my box of 25 were plugged... When good, there are strong notes of coconut, young (but good) tobacco. Also present are subtle and excellent flashes floral/perfume aromas. Again, then the draw works, the burn is flawless, and the ash dark and strong. Wish I could give it what a good one deserves (9 +/-), but cannot, sadly. -JRN - Submitted by jcruise400 on November 24, 2007
