Review #3: This little corona is actually available in cabinets of 50, and that's the version, date coded 2000, I review here. Very nicely constructed, slightly oily colorado maduro wrapper. The aroma before lighting is very earthy and slightly acrid. This is a powerful cigar for its size. The flavors are rustic and gruff, a bit leathery and peaty. I have not found this cigar "hot," but it is definitely an unrefined, countrified sort of smoke. That's not all bad, but it isn't ever going to be my everyday cigar, or a "special occasion" cigar either. A good, solid cigar to smoke outside on a crisp autumn day, when you want a bit of punch and don't want a long smoke. Not in the same league as the Serie A and Regios from SLR. - Submitted by unknown on July 1, 2004

Review #2: Very well made mareva - other than that not much to talk about. Spicy start gets a little hot and more than a little harsh near the end. Wouldn't buy again. - Submitted by willisoften on May 13, 2004
