Review #15: The best cigar I have ever had hands down. No question about it. All levels of cigar fans, new or well experienced, can appreciate this smoke. I am please I have 20some odd left! Tons of light and exotic flavors that change as you smoke. Medium; but with the complexity of a heavy-duty smoke. 06 box, and MRN be dammed! They do not need tons of age. They are great now, and would be a waste to not have a few over time as they age. - Submitted by Hagan on August 30, 2007

Review #14: This is possible the finest example of Cuban construction and rolling found anywhere. Truly a cigar to marvel. The DC is a cigar that must be tackled when you have time. It certainly does keep your interest. Floral and herbal notes are profound, and yes, there are some fruit notes. I shouldn't have smoked this 06 quite yet, and I will most certainly let the rest age for another five years, but it smoked so well now too. Incredible ash. Wonderful aromas and flavours. I didn't find this to be a medium smoke. More light than anything. It does get more medium flavoured by the end. No spice here. Some sweetness. I am still buzzing from this wonderful cigar and the flavours are lingering in my mouth. If you can find this DC, GET SOME! You won't be disappointed. - Submitted by cookj1 on June 9, 2007

Review #13: The BEST DC. - Submitted by mark1966 on May 13, 2007

Review #12: This review is specifically on one from SEP 06. I've been impressed with the 02s & 04s, but this 06 was surprisingly bland. Perfect draw & burn, but very muted flavor. Hopefully these will improve with time, but for now, just an avarage cigar. Disappointing. - Submitted by Bassman on March 18, 2007

Review #11: A distinguished cigar with great presence and backbone. From the first taste you can tell that this cigar could easily arise to the throne of King of Cigars if given the chance. It has the pedigree. Just an extremely high quality cigar. It had an almost perfect burn and I only ashed it about 5 times. And that was while driving 140 Kilometers an hour in my shaky Volkswagon diesel coming home from Antwerp. It was at night and I kept turning on the interior light to look at the perfect white ash. I was very impressed with its construction. It was an '05 version bought at the LCDH in Nurnberg, Germany, so the flavors were a little bit hard to define, but I noticed a little honey, dried fruit and spice. But it wasn't a sweet cigar. Its hard to explain, the juxtaposition because it had a really dry finish like a dry red wine, but flavors that reminded me of dry fruit and and good tobacco. I don't know!! Anyway just an awesome cigar. I am really happy to have smoked it! - Submitted by Jimbo on March 11, 2007
