Review #132: NOV 06 Sat off one night and tried one for the first time. Light and flavorful smoke. Taste of nuttyness and cocoa. Enjoyed it and will buy more. - Submitted by motoradd2 on November 7, 2010

Review #131: ---   From a pack of tubes. After my harrowing experience with a plugged Sancho Panza Belicosos, I was exceedingly frustrated and dissatisfied, hence I delved into my humidor and decided to give this stick a go. Burns dead even with ample draw. Well filled and long lasting. Very good toasty flavours: dark chocolate and coffee, slightly sweet and rich opulent smoke. If you like your Montecristo flavour profile, this will be a welcomed alternative. Quite complex as the flavours tend to a more woody profile at times with hints of hay and clean tobacco. I quite like it as it balances the spice with the flavours very well than Cubans tend to generally excel in. Nice creamy finish with a long toasty finish. A good night time cigar with an Islay malt whereas the Exchibicion No. 4 would be more suited for the day time over some coffee. - Submitted by sengjc on November 1, 2010

Review #130: ---   Dark wrappers with no veins and beautifull to look at. Flavor base is consisted of dry fruit(mostly raisins), cedar, coffee and cream in pair with spice and just a hint of leather. Construction is excellent and so is the aroma of the smoke. Strenght is medium while te body is medium to full. Smoking time is around 1 hour and 45 minutes. Price wise its in the same category as most of cuban robustos(except Cohiba and Trinidad)at cca 12 euro per stick. Conclusion: great cigar for someone who preferes moderatly strong yet flavor bomb cigars. P.S. I tried the Short churchill along with Partagas D4 and Hoyo Epi No.2 during a 3 day period and need to say its WAY better cigar than the latter two IMHO and the best robuso/hermoso No.4 format i had smoked so far. - Submitted by promajk on September 3, 2010

Review #129: ---   Complexity is what I look forward to when smoking a Cuban cigar. The Short Churchill has little complexity, however a sweetness and continuous dry tobacco taste is predominant. When smoking a cigar that is one dimensional I choose H.Upmann as the flavour is robust. This Romeo lacks great taste. - Submitted by Marcel Z on August 3, 2010

Review #128: MAY 07 Just ordered a box after sampling an '07 single from my local cigar store here in Frankfurt, Germany. Just a great cigar. You have to find some with a little age on them, because there is a big differnce between the older ones and the younger ones. I think the "short churchill" is a little gimmicky, and it always turned me off to this cigar. What a mistake! With a litle age, this cigar is up there with the best. - Submitted by Jimbo on July 11, 2010
