Review #11: Iam surprised at the negative reviews here. I smoked mine while Ferrari was racing to victory at Silverstone in 07.
While it didnt look as good or was as big or took as long to smoke as many of the more expensive cubans, it had a rich intensive taste in a smoke that lasted somewhat less than one hour. If this was a bad cigar I dont want a good one (and I do prefer it to many of the more expensive cubans so far). - Submitted by Cassius on August 24, 2007
Review #10: Romeo Y Julieta Romeo No.1 Attractive oily cigar with rich robust flavours of spice and leather with an earthy aroma. Medium body. Recommended for those that like their tobacco strong, not for beginner cigar smoker. I smoked one with a friend who just started cigar smoking, whilst on holiday in the wine country in New South Wales Australia. Review #9: Let this stick age for over 2 years and must say that i was not impressed,it smelt great and looked good so i was looking forward to a decent smoke but what i got was a bland,plugged waste of money.It burnt a crater down the side which i cut off to try to improve the burn(thankfully it did)the taste was of a peppery nature but that was it for flavor,the last half was bitter but i smoked it down to the nub(i had to get my $14 worth).Would not buy again.the J.L.P's that i smoke are better. - Submitted by aussie shaun on June 28, 2007
