Romeo y Julieta Romeo No 1 Review:

Medium in strength and a characteristic Romeo y Julieta style. Robust and complex flavours such as floral, nutty, herbal or woody among others with none of them standing out in particular. The minimum recommended ageing for this cigar is at least three years. Strength 3/5. (Discontinued in 2002)

Review #52: JAN 20 Realistically this cigar is not a 10 but I belive the average grade for this cigar should definitely be higher, I never wanted to buy this cigar because it had such bad ratings on this page and a friend gave me this cigar because it is all he had and I was very plesantly surprise. Realistic average grade for this stick should be between 7 and 8 imo, but I guess people have very high expectations and then are disappointed and give undeservingly low ratings. Thats just my thoughts about this cigar and its low ratings - Submitted by kvadranti on March 24, 2021

Review #51: FEB 14 Great little classic cigar with all the right notes the draw was smooth purchased on (02 / 2020) a box of 10 (tubos) from DXB duty free and was pleasantly surprised to find a box from 2014! Highly recommended - Submitted by Hipad on February 26, 2020

Review #50: MAY 16 Great cold draw, easy to light, nice medium to bold flavors of leather, earth, & roasted almonds with great volume of smoke for the size. Squishy to the touch, thick smoke, a bit of spice. Halfway through and the plumes of thick smoke from an aged stogie increase, good amount of spice with the refined/polished leather flavors. Can see this mellowing out its edge even more with another year or two in the Humi. Nice medium/quick smoke. - Submitted by smitte3 on November 12, 2019

Review #49: MAY 16 Bought a box of these Tubos for my wedding and they were generally very tight on the draw, uneven on the burn, and just tough to smoke. Didn't get too much satisfaction out of them. Flavor profile was Medium+ with earth, coffee, and leather. Wouldn't buy this vitola again. Solid 5/10 - Submitted by smitte3 on May 21, 2019

Review #48: Bought 2 of these in Curacao. Much better than expected. Dark wrapper and well made. Even draw and cool smoke for a good 30 minutes. - Submitted by Neilito on May 1, 2019
