Review #12: What a mistake R&J made discontinuing this cigar. With all the cigars they make why this one?I was luckey to get 10 from a friend in Canada in the mid 90's and I can still remember the sight of those beautiful tan wrappers.Yes this cigar was lighter than the Churchill but just as complex with more fruity flavors. It's the oldest cigar I have in my collection and sadly I only have one left but it's been a real pleasure to watch and enjoy a great cigar as it ages. Now it's a dark greenish gray and has that stilton cheese smell that comes with age.Perfect draw and rolled tight as a brick, the last one I smoked I wanted to chew on the end it was that great, and I don't chew on cigars.I wish I'd known about this cigar before and I started smoking in 1969.I guess that's what happens when you can't walk into the cigar store I have to pick up the phone. All of you that have this cigar in your collection know how luckey you are! - Submitted by Richard Rose on May 19, 2008

Review #11: Out of a box NISC (1997). Beautiful burn, no need of any correction, well roled. Darker grey ash but it fell down after a inch. Started out creamy and smooth. A hint of spice followed a coffe note. Last third gave a burst of all flavors without getting strong. A relaxing smoke with a very good taste that was present a long time. As a bonus, this cigar looks good in your hand and are beautiful to look at while it burns. Very nice cigar to celebrate the afternoon with, or why not to start your day with one. - Submitted by poppe on April 24, 2008

Review #10: Hola. Some 00 and 01 RyJ Prince of Wales boxes were seen recently at Spanish Estancos(tobacconists). I think for the first time, before it was only available in Spain at airport duty free shops. I bought 2 singles for a taste. Dressed in colorado claro and well rolled cigar. Easy to light with not too open draw. From the first third, earthy and spicy flavours, medium strength turning creamy, very Romeo y Julieta. It was a nice and relaxed smoke without a rush. Not the very best of the brand but a reasonable cigar. - Submitted by olisiponense on March 3, 2008

Review #9: I agree with Cristobal, the 01 box I have has been very inconsistent with the dwelling complaint of a tight draw and inconsistent flavors. Tried to age the sticks and discovered a more rewarding taste, but when the cigar tightens flavors don't matter. - Submitted by oussafa on December 26, 2007

Review #8: My best regards to Prof. Twain (review H.d.M des Dieu) if you have the possibility to go for a Prince of Wales, this is a perfect Lady for the morninng. It is my sunday morning cigar after walking the dog. Full of flavour but very light It is wonderfull to relax with a P.o.W. after a 2 hours walk in th fields witha cigar offering all the nice habano flavours but not nocking you out of the chair because youwill cook the sunday lunch afterwards. To rate a cigar 8-10 it is always the responsibility of the smoker to chose the right cigar for the right moment. - Submitted by bolibeli on December 2, 2006
