Review #27: JUN 08 From a PUB JUN 08 dress box, uncellophaned. The R&J Mille Fleurs are a quick, inexpensive and tasty smoke. These are handmade since 2002. They are somewhat stronger, faster burning, with a more straightforward tobacco flavor than the more elegant R&J vitolas. Apparently the construction, at this price, is quicker and less careful - the burn is sometimes a bit ragged, the draw occasionally cramped. But, overall, a worthwhile, flavorful, medium strength smoke of excellent value. - Submitted by cpubiz on March 24, 2009

Review #26: MAR 08 I just ordered these. Good price and a great smoke!!! - Submitted by scubasteve319 on March 19, 2009

Review #25: In general I am a fan of the lower end RJs as good value for the money cigar. I have smoked 3 Milles Fleurs at various times over a period of 4 years. the first two I smoked about 4 years ago. The first was a real wonder and I enjoyed it very much. Typical RJ flavours ceder/floral and a nice size for a short smoke. Since that first RJ MF though I have been quite frustrated. After the first one, about week later I bought another only to find it plugged to the point that it was unsmokable. Given the rpice it didn't cause too much heartache to throw it away but I was quite frustrated after the first one that I had enjoyed so much. Took 4 years before I ventured to try another... what do you know ? Plugged, unsmokable. Now for the price, I guess you can take your chances, but from my PoV, 2 out of three unsmokable all from different boxes is not a good record, and I don't like to find my cigars so plugged up no matter the price. I undersatnd the other reviews liking them wuite a bit but I cannot score these higher given my poor luck with these. - Submitted by mmikituk on March 17, 2009

Review #24: DEC 04 Great little smoke , a real gem. All these years in the cellophane transformed that cigar into something special. Smooth and tasteful with fruity flavors. - Submitted by DonnieW on March 6, 2009

Review #23: A nice light cigar, which is great for the day, or if in a room with other non-cigar smokers. The last one I had direct from the tabacconist was a beautifully created one, with a very nice wrapper. no veins, no bulges, etc. Since I didn't have my cutter with, I poked a large whole in the bottom with my Mont Blanc pencil. It worked great, the draw was nice and tight, but not too hard. Just be careful not to rip the rapper at the bottom. All in all a nice tasting R&J - Submitted by MilesVienna on February 25, 2009
