Review #48: I'd like to add a more substantial review of this cigar than my previous one (#47), which was only meant to be funny and childish. I like this vitola so much that I recently bought 2 boxes. My favorite strong smoke. Maybe the Partagas Lusitania offers stiff competition in the hearty stogie category, but I didn't taste it yet, so I'll keep you posted... Simply said, the R&J Cazadores is an onslaught of spicy-leathery-woody candy. A cigar to wake up the dead and stupefy the quick. It starts you up in the morning like no other, but is not a good choice when you already had 5 or 6 sticks during the day: it could provoke the necrosis of mucous membranes. When I light one up, I take my sweet ass time and let the high nicotine content of each draw penetrate my mouth cells before going for another. Almost a mystical experience. Your toughts become clearer and your senses sharpen. If you treat it with disrespect, it may turn against you, causing nausea, sweating or even puking - especially if you haven't built up a tolerance to the drug. It sure is a bit rough, but not devoid of complexity. I think it's a great candidate to let sit 5 or more years in a humi. But, young or not, the Cazadores is in my opinion unique among Cubans. NOT for beginners. NOT for the fainthearted. The ultimate manly smoke. - Submitted by Franz-Eric on October 21, 2008

Review #46: SEP 06 Hearty cigar for a smaller gauge smoke. Good change in flavors while smoking. SOme burn problems. - Submitted by falcodoug on October 9, 2008

Review #45: APR 07 Burn was very good, nice volume of smoke but really nothing to make this memorable. Flavor didn't change much and although I think these have some body to them I don't know if they are going to develope into anything great. Flavors were some pepper and wood, pleasant thats about all. I'll wait till spring to try another, these have been in my humidor since last Oct. - Submitted by randallp on September 25, 2008

Review #44: APR 06 The RyJ Cazadores is really pretty much a bigger Romeo No. 1. I am confused why people are saying it's strong, when it has the classic medium-strength the brand is known for. There are definite tastes of spice and wood, but as I was expecting a stronger cigar due to the reviews, I was slightly disappointed. However, being classic RyJ taste, it easily deserves a place in one's humidor if other vitolas are not currently present. - Submitted by NineBreaker on September 14, 2008
