Review #65: A joy to smoke! - Submitted by stjohnroe on July 25, 2006

Review #64: Fantastic cigar. My example, sadly, was plagued with wrapper problems, but, as this can happen with any cigar, and it was by no means unsmokable, I can't really hold it against the cigar itself, which was marvellous. Very complex progression of flavours. Medium strength, nice draw, very smooth. Highly recommended. - Submitted by agraupe on June 28, 2006

Review #63: My wife made a mistake and ordered these for me as a present instead of my beloved Gigantes. I was crestfallen. A robusto? I never smoke a robusto. I decided to smile though and tell her it did'nt matter,I was sure these too would be good (although I really had my doubts). WELL......shame on me. These little guys are GREAT! So great in fact I ordered another box only two days after getting the first. They're like half a Gigante. Well made, excellent draw and great complex flavor. I believe Ramon Allones are THE best made Cubans on the market. Hats off to RA! - Submitted by jlcccm on June 21, 2006

Review #62: Midway through a box of EAM MAR 05 and loving every minute! the RASS is King of the Robusto - Submitted by wheelinco on April 27, 2006

Review #61: Yes, Yes, Yes!!! I picked this one as my relief cigar... very recognisable taste, and opens up from the moment you fire it up... Why? Discovered some tobacco beetles in a box I got from an estancio in Spain (somewhere near Malaga, someone brought them for me), however, too late, three cedros de luxe N2's already turned into ceDUST de luxe N2's, and after inspection I noticed an infected san luis rey regios and an ERDM choix... So there was only one option to save my 300 varied havanas... Zip-locked bags, 1 day fridge (from cool to cooler to colest), 2 days freezer, 1 day fridge (from colest to less cooler), acclimatise in a colder room and then out of the ziplock's and into my at that time perfectly cleaned 60% humidified humidor... Operation 'kill beetle' was succesfull, no difference in taste whatsoever, just pure fullfilment, now humi already up to 70%, no splitted wrappers! They are all smiling at me, happy for being rescued :-). Maybe some of you are helped with this story... just check for small black pieces of dust comming out of your havanas when you tap them, no dust, no problems (yet :-). Dusty ones are out of taste and thus very very bland. Greetz - Submitted by Yapi on April 16, 2006
