It was almost a year since i last smoked one of these RASS's and last week i revisited this robusto. And what a amazing cigar it is. They can be quite bland in taste when smoked too young but after almost 5 yrs in de humidor they are superb. Full of flavour (coffee, leather, spice, wood and a dark chocotaste)and a razor sharp burn. Stock up on them and let them age at least 3 yrs (as stated above), you won't be disappointed. - Submitted by Lucky on August 3, 2007

My Nov04 box was very random taste wise. But when you find a good one it cannot be beaten for taste. Simply heaven! 15 out of the box of 25 were good ones, but even the bad ones are full of character, just not quite as creamy and sweet as the others. I've smoked three from a 7/06 box and, oddly, the best of the three -- a sheer delight -- was one smoked upon arrival only 9 months from box date. The last of the three seemed a bit too loose. But on average, still a dependably fine smoke with a flavor profile maybe midway between an SLR Rego or PSD 4 and something a bit richer like a Monte4. also to reviewer 107, the RASS is my personal favorite of all, I've gone through 6 boxes in the last 11 months, mostly POS factory and from 06 and some of the labels are bright metallic gold and a few boxes came out a darker matte gold with strong embossing, the metallic seem at times offset, the labels wont be the same all the time for this brand and many other brands do to ink variations that use this type of inking and embossing style. with the different labels all of my RASS's have all been the same true perfect tabacco that has never dissapointed me, today I received a box of RAG (Gigantes) Pos NOV 06 I will try one tonight as I always try a few as soon as I get them! - Submitted by wheelinco on July 9, 2007
