Review #20:

Very bold, strong tobacco flavours here. There isn't much differential from other Quinteros I've smoked. The Londres Extra seems to be a little more reserved than the Brevas. This cigar just doesn't change. It is too linear from start to finish. Big and bold is fine if it's enjoyable. Unfortunately this tobacco blend just doesn't lend itself to high scores. A great cheapie. Loose draw and short filler upon each draw near the end. Some slight burn problems. - Submitted by cookj1 on April 22, 2009

Έχει καλό φτιάξιμο, καίγεται αργά και σταθερά και διαρκεί κοντά 40’, δίνοντας όμορφες και ωραίες φούμες, σ’ ένα επίπεδο πολύ πιο πάνω από την κατηγορία που το τοποθετεί η τιμή του. Ένας απλός και ταπεινός φίλος, αρκετά γενναιόδωρος και μεστός. Καπνίζω τα τελευταία από μια κούτα του 2006, (που άνοιξα πέρυσι ακριβώς τέτοιο καιρό), και μπορώ να του πω αβίαστα, ένα μεγάλο «εύγε». Είναι ένα εξαιρετικό πούρο, με ισχυρή και γλυκιά γεύση, όμορφες δόσεις από καφέ και δέρματα και σωστή πιπεράτη ισορροπία στο τέλος, ίσως το πιο complex από όλα τα άλλα, που μπορεί κάποιος να χαρακτηρίσει «φτηνά». Η Quintero εδώ μεγαλουργεί, όπως είχε κάνει πριν χρόνια με ένα Cervantes που το ’λεγε «Churchill». Καπνίστε το (αργά), όλες τις ώρες, με συνοδεία καφέ, ποτού ή μη, και θα με θυμηθείτε.
