Review #7: What a powerhouse! This churchill has enormous depth of flavor, somewhat reminiscent of the Super Selection No. 2, but more woody, less spicy, and not quite as harsh or tannic. My '02's are very "approachable" now. Because of their intensity, I don't smoke many Monarcas, but when the craving strikes, nothing else will do. A real classic - Submitted by shrink on June 24, 2006

Review #6: I was going to write my review, but first read solomr2 and can just say I agree entirely! - Submitted by Frederick on February 9, 2005

Review #5: I picked up a box of the tubed version--I think they're '02 production. A wonderful cigar--heavy with a lot of intriguing flavors. STRONG!!! It's one of the strongest in my collection. - Submitted by Shooter on November 4, 2004

Review #4: I was surprised by how completely I agreed with review #2 by solomr2. I wouldn't exactly call it "quite strong," but it's stronger than current Cuban cigars. - Submitted by Dougmeister on September 28, 2004

Review #3: This cigar had too much leather for my taste, sometime falling close to bitter. On its good moments very earthy and rich. - Submitted by srh on January 17, 2004
