Review #8: Factory code: RSE Date: Jun04 Going to disagree a little here. Firstly, the construction was very good, (not as good as a lusitania but better than H de M), nice wrapper. On lighting, there was plenty of smoke and a pretty good burn. Now, this cigar is young so with some age I might change my mind but, for now, I have to say good, very good, but not great. I prefer it to H de M DC\'s, the flavour is more me, however it cannot rank with a Lusitania for complexity and depth of flavour. It\'s not one-dimensional but it\'s a nice steady tasty smoke. It only has a couple of gears where the great DC\'s have several. Strength wise, nowhere near a lusitania, not much stronger than the H de M, which i found surprising, i was expecting a little more \"punch\", pardon the pun. Still, I have another 24 to smoke to prove myself wrong and I do like them, so it\'s a dirty job - buy hey, someone has to do it. - Submitted by peter bond on April 6, 2005

Review #7: Was gifted a 50 cab by a generous friend. JUN 04. Although young these cigars are med-full with a heavy flavour. For me the best DC at the moment - Submitted by Nimrod on February 25, 2005

Review #6: I like the punch double corona - deep earthy tones and subtle notes of wood. A big cigar - not as big as the Bolivar Belicoso but excellent nevertheless. I don't know how you could enjoy wine with this cigar as its power would destroy any subtle flavors in the wine, but so be it. - Submitted by Cigarsmokerwinelover on February 21, 2005

Review #5: Excellent.l prefer punch double corona because it is more full bodied and satisfied than partagas and hoyo.lt has cedar and earthy notes.wonderful draw and slow burning.the final is too agressive, like a punch.l spend 90 minutes for this cigar with half bottle petrus wine. - Submitted by boss on September 10, 2004

Review #4: This might very well be the best prominente available. The main key is to make sure that they have at least a couple years of age on them. This earthy full-bodied cigar is an excellent way to spend an hour and a half! If you have not tried the Punch Double Coronas you should do yourself a favor and smoke one. - Submitted by Monkeyboy on June 4, 2004
