Review #23: JUN 99 A mild smoke with great flavour. Sure, there are 'better' (stronger?) churchills out there, but this is as good a way to pass an afternoon as any other stogie I can think of. Thoroughly enjoyable - highly recommend. - Submitted by baobab on August 19, 2009

Review #22: SEP 00 Beautifully constructed with a nice dense filler packing. The smell was light; floral tea like; nothing like the DC by Punch before lighting. Unfortunately it had been box pressed and had edges which spoiled the overall effect. On lighting it took a while as the filler was dense and took a while to take hold before I pulled the first draw and got it going. The taste was a stronger floral tea than in the unlit version; but it still was not as strong as I had hoped; and nor did it give the amount of sMoke I had hoped for. it needed several relights and what taste I got was pleasant. I gave one to a friend who also experienced the tight draw - but he preferred a tight draw. Not my cup of tea for everyday; but great for a change. The cigar was also priced in the middle of the pack - so not a bad price In Punch I will stick to the PunchPunch and the DC and for a Churchill it will still be the Hoyo. I will leave the remainder of the box loose in my Humi and hope with time that the edges will soften and some more taste may come to the fore - and the draw may get slightly easier. Worth a try. - Submitted by Patrick5 on August 16, 2009

Review #21: AUG 00 just split a box with a friend , well rounded cigar with a mild spice.. loved it - Submitted by dukeofnj777 on June 3, 2009

Review #20: MAR 07 I really enjoyed this churchill - its refreshingly straightforward, and has no pretensions to be anything more than it is. As such, its definitely a punch - no doubt about that - as the flavors that predominate this cigar are hay and moist earth (at least on my palate). Draw was fine - only minor construction issue was a slightly off-center burn, which didn't bother me at all. Lasted for 90 minutes and I thoroughly enjoyed it in its entirety. Not something I'd smoke every day, but its a nice departure once in a while from my usual suspects. Recommended! - Submitted by Goldenberg on October 10, 2008

- Submitted by cipu on September 29, 2008
