Punch Churchills Review:

This size of this Punch follows the dictates of its brand, being easy to smoke, with medium-strong flavor and generous aroma. As a Churchill, it is far from the potency of a Cohiba or an H. Upmann, but it is a great Habano for both its texture and the fine finish of its wrapper. Excellent. This brand is probable less known than others, but of course, with high quality standards. We could point out in this hand-made Churchill its bitter, woody and salty taste, with a subtle hint of sweetness towards the end of the stick. Strong toasted tobacco taste.

Review #15: This is not a great Cuban Churchill. However, it's not a bad one either. It's just not the Churchill I'd go to for this format. It does not set the standard, however, it really does give you Punch flavours. I love the way you know you're smoking a Punch no matter what vitola. This Churchill builds in strength. There are burn problems. This was tightly rolled and ultimately lead to a split wrapper in the last 1/3rd. - Submitted by cookj1 on March 31, 2008

Review #14: Almost a delightful cigar, spoiled by troubled draw throughout. In fact, I haven't had a decent draw and burn Cuban Churchill in nearly two years! It is a shame since they used to excel in this format - its downfall may be at the expense of developing newer and thicker gauge vitolas. It is saved somewhat by wonderful mild-medium taste the way I remebered them. Bring back the old rollers! - Submitted by worjor on December 4, 2006

Review #13: mild cigars, nothing special, burn problems.i would prefer any cohiba or lusitania anytime - Submitted by marius on October 15, 2006

Review #12: Just got a cab of these from 04. Even though these are still on the young side, they have great promice in a few more years. - Submitted by La Gloria on July 8, 2006

Review #11: i must say, i'm a big fan of these smokes, i had an 8yr old one last year and that was the best smoke ever. i bought a box of them in cuba in nov, now i still like them but some of them have had a tight draw. it just seems to me that the bigger the cigar the more chances of a few tight ones and harder draw ones. there still an amazing smoke but everytime i reach into my humidor for one i hesitate and my hand trembles a little hoping it wont be tight. - Submitted by MR_MINIWHEAT on March 10, 2006
