Partagas Serie D No. 2 LE 2003 Review:

Very similar flavor to the No. 3 . The cigar is full bodied, with plenty of character but slightly one-dimensional. A beautiful oily wrapper. This is powerfully spicy with a solid leathery, earthy backbone of flavors. A long spicy finish. As every good Partagás Habano, it is representative of the strength and consistence of its blend. Connoisseurs will gladly welcome this size, which is presented with its original Serie D band.

Review #26: JUL 03 Nice oily wrapper- excellent construction. Nice even burn. Started with lite spice and chaged to grassy- back to spice with a woody finish.Stong- but smooth. A pretty good cigar. - Submitted by Gregg Miller on May 15, 2008

Review #25: I finally smoked my LAST one of these elegant cigars. I burned my fingers trying to enjoy the last puff of aromatic smoke. The flavor profile is intense with rich wood, leather and slightly chocolate undertones. Well balanced and remarkable. Wish I had more. If you can find them, buy them. You wont be disappointed. An excellent cigar. - Submitted by Kathleen on November 12, 2006

Review #24: This was a good smoke. The taste was not too strong. The draw and burn were very good. - Submitted by hoyoman on November 21, 2005

Review #23: Bought a bundle of these from Cuba, and every single one has been consistent. The dark beautiful wrapper permeates with heavenly scents of the tobacco leaf. Although a little veiny, the cigar burnt even with no invited correction required. First taste of dark chocolate ruled almost half the cigar, somewhat sweet followed by the intensed smooth flavor of fresh brewed coffee. The ash seemed whiter than others and held well. slightly bitter towards the end but never unacceptable. I must say that the No. 2 is more similar to the No. 1 than the No. 3 if at all. good stuff! - Submitted by Duncan on August 21, 2005

Review #22: I agree with Bolivar. But I will give cigar 4 stars because my burn was not that great. - Submitted by Actionhost on August 16, 2005
