Review #10: I enjoyed one of these beauties from a box I purchased at the Partagas factory/store in Havana late last year. This is in my humble opinion one of the best smokes I have ever tasted. The draw is just tight eough to let you know you are smoking a serious cigar and the complex flavours are just out of this world. The aftertaste that is left in your mouth after you spend 1.5 hours smoking this cigar is pure bliss. The great thing about this cigar is I believe it will only get better with age. - Submitted by purofino on August 13, 2005

Review #9: A friend of mine purchased 2 boxes for me at the suggestion of the sales person at the factory in Havana. Certainly the best cigar I have ever smoked. Confirms me as a Partagas man. Rich appearance and presentation. Full of flavor and rich taste deserving of your full attention. Terrific aroma and smooth delivery. Do not waste this experience. Set aside enough time to enjoy it fully. This is a Sunday afternoon special. Too good for every day. - Submitted by CHLuc on June 29, 2005

Review #8: A world-class, unbelievably great cigar. It is one of the top three richest and smoothest cigars I have ever smoked, with noted of dark, bittersweet chocolate with a hint of black cherry essence. It tastes, to me, exactly like brazilian rosewood, the mother of all tonewoods, smells when made into a fine guitar. This is an Edicion Limitada truly worthy of that status. - Submitted by dlctwice on April 22, 2005

Review #7: Had one on a recent trip to Varadero - bought a single at the Calle 63 LCDH. Let it dry out a bit, as it was a tad moist. That was a good call on my part! I enjoyed this monster on the beach at night amidst the stars and the crashing waves. A farewell cigar, as it was my last night in Cuba. I was delighted at the chocolate brown wrapper, and the delicious aromas. Upon lighting, my mouth was invaded by chocolate, espresso flavours, with an undertone of hazelnuts. The party went on for an hour, and it was quite the hour of bliss. A great way to end off a surreal vacation. - Submitted by SmokinMike on January 18, 2005

Review #6: This is a big, handsome and finely constructed cigar, that drew and burned well. It is graced with a beautiful, dark reddish brown wrapper. The Partagas 2004 LE is medium bodied with notes of sweet wood and earth that were initially subtle but developed more fully. Surprisingly smooth, round and balanced for such a young smoke, it never struck a harsh note, even at the end. However, I was expecting greater strength. A sweet woody finish. Satisfying and delicious! - Submitted by shrink on January 8, 2005
