Montecristo Robusto LE 2001 Review:

The Montecrsito Robusto start out medium and turned full with about 1/3 left. Its flavour has Medium-full shades of wood and both sweet and peppery spices. Very long finish with a serious dose of pepper and a nice balance of sweet spices and roasted nuts

Review #15: Had one of these cigars the other night with my father, this cigar is excellent. We bought two boxes back last year for keeps and we've only got a couple of sticks left each!!! It has a fantastic even burn and loads & loads of Monte flavour - going to have to stock up before they are no longer around... - Submitted by ukaficionado on July 13, 2007

Review #14: This cigar has evolved very nicely over the last 5 or 6 years. Loads of expresso spice and earthy flavors....full bodied finger burner. This from a box from SCO April 01. Should continue to age into an all time classic in 5 more years. What a difference from when they were first released. Time aging makes all the difference. - Submitted by monte B on December 4, 2006

Review #13: One of my current favorites. Full bodied, spicy in an elegant way, like a true Monty. Coffe, chocolate, almonds, cumin. Can't complain of bad boxes. - Submitted by pachemar on January 14, 2006

Review #12: Just opened a new box today and had to sample. What a great cigar. Fantastic draw and burn. Very smooth and a perfect blend of sweet and spice. What a great robusto right out of the box. Can't wait to age a few boxes. - Submitted by LASmoke on January 12, 2005

Review #11: Box code OSU Jun00. Excellent razor sharp burn with flawless constuction. Like smoking a chocolate nut bar, with the typical Monte flavor but much more intense. Smooth all the way to the nub. Better stock up before there gone! - Submitted by tjblue on December 20, 2004
