Review #55: Bought a box of 5x3 on sale around fifteen years ago. Don’t remember the exact production year, but they were discounted as at the time cigars from the period of 2000-01 had a bad reputation. While it was a time of inconsistency, I have had many brilliant smokes from those years. I was disappointed with these at first, and found them bland and rather mediocre. Cheap, but no bargain. I tossed the rest in one of my tupperdoors, and forgot about them until sorting through my stock last month. Curious, I put one in the current smoking humidor , and pulled it out tonight. I must admit I was pleasantly surprised. While starting rather mild, even delicate for a Montecriso, the construction and burn were top notch. Flavor was rich and strength grew, and by the second third it was clearly a fine smoke, more satisfying than I could have imagined, snd the taste was typical of the finest of the marca. The final third wss brilliant. Patience was well rewarded.: - Submitted by RonSigler on September 19, 2023

Review #53: --- 09 Very good draw and nice, elegant flavour. Not very strong, nor very intense, but most satisfying. It is a good quality choice amongst the Montecristo vitolas. - Submitted by Heinrich on April 13, 2019

Review #52: ---   I'm not a big fan of the brand, but tubos is a very good cigar. I enjoyed it. Taste is medium, medim to full. Rich aroma. - Submitted by kml on December 16, 2017

Review #51: You cannot find a bad Montecristo tubos. They are impeccably rolled. The flavours grow from medium-full to full and the tabacco used is perfectly balanced. I rarely find burn issues with these cigars. Pure class from Montecristo. - Submitted by cookj1 on April 7, 2016
