Review #14: ---   And you Baobab have a 2001 limitada from 2002? - Submitted by ilijat on March 3, 2010

Review #13: MAR 02 I love the nonsense some people talk on this site: Reviewer #12 has a box of limited edition 2001 cigars from April 1998, and he's aged them ten years! I think stogies aren't the only thing he's smoking ( no doubt he also has a walk-in humidor and case= upon case of 1985 Petrus put away too). Meanwhile, back in the real world, this is a really good cigar, possibly one of the best DCs I've ever had the pleasure to meet. - Submitted by baobab on August 26, 2009

Review #12: APR 98 The best cigar I ever smoked. I kept some for over ten years and they improved tremendously, smooth, without the aggression to your mouth of the Cohiba, delicious taste and aroma, draws very well, impresses the hell out of onlookers due to its majestic size. A fantastic smoke. - Submitted by martsego on April 30, 2009

Review #11: MAY 01 Agree with #9 & #10. This is the best cigar i've ever smoked. It is a flavor missile. Very buttery and never bitter. The wrapper and the filler burns evenly and I did not need to relight the cigar till close to the end. Don't think Cuba can make anything better. Still have 24 so I am a very happy and excited man. - Submitted by teledog on August 17, 2008

Review #10: I have had some of these in my humidor since 2002. I have smoked a few without feeling that they were truly outstanding. So, it has been about three years since I last smoked one. Last weekend I decided to try them again and smoked one on my screened porch on Saturday. The additional aging has made a terrific difference in this cigar. The appearance was outstanding. Smooth and silky wrapper with tiny veins; not as dark as some have described. Prelight draw was somewhat sweet and spicy. The first inch or so was very strongly chocolate to almost the exclusion of any other flavor except tobacco. Then the cigar moved into a phase of spice and cream along with the chocolate that just got stronger and stronger until the chocolate basically disappeared. The middle of the cigar was dominated by spice and cream with the typical bitersweet Montecristo flavor profile emerging. The last one third of the cigar was mainly expresso, spice, and cream with tones of leather and cedar. The burn was very even until near the end of the cigar when I needed to touch it up few times. The draw was uniformly excellent. It was firm at first, but loosened and produced large volumes of smoke for most of the cigar. Overall, two hours of smoking bliss. - Submitted by McSmoke on July 12, 2007
