Juan Lopez Seleccion No 1 Review:
This cigar was Havana of the year in 1998, in both Spain and France. Awesome texture, great taste and a balanced aroma. An easy to smoke cigar. If you have never smoked one, try one! Need I say anymore.

- Submitted by cipu on June 25, 2008
Review #36: Not well known cigar but IMO one of the best Corona Gordas. Colorado wrapper was silky, smooth however not completely without veins. From the beginning started with full aromatic power without any overture. Room was full of thick, creamy smoke with complex and rounded flavors of coffee, caramel and honey. There wasn’t much transformation during whole time and I had opportunity to concentrate myself on subtle creamy flavors and enjoy mild, well balanced aroma. As I said: one of the best Corona Gordas. - Submitted by Diademo on December 30, 2007
Review #35: Great cigar. Rich in flavour with an even burn and easy draw. Dark in colour but not too strong. Easy to smoke right up to the end. A cigar to relax and take your time to smoke. - Submitted by matty on November 5, 2007
Review #34: If ever a cigar was a beneficiary of the lapse of time, a year at least , this is it. A couple of years ago I bought 3. I smoked the first two straight away and wished I hadn't. They were bitter. I abandoned the third for 18 months. I lit it up recently. The caterpillar had .....etc etc. It has subtle floral flavour, all the harshness had disappeared. I have bought a box, and have left them to pupate. - Submitted by monteman on November 1, 2007
Review #33: Smoked this outside under the October stars, out east on Long Island. Probably the youngest cigar I have ever smoked: July 2007. (4 months)
But great ROTT.
Dark oily wrapper. Smelled like dark chocolate. It gave flavors of wet wood, and soft leather. The leather predominated as it was smoked. I got comments of "A+" from the person sitting next me, from the sidestream smoke. White ash on the good draw and straight burn. Cocoa came in the later third. Overally a good smoke, and will only improve. Although I like the sellecion #2 better, this is a winner. - Submitted by planetbetter on October 21, 2007
