Review #49: Based on my fisrt cigar smoked a couple of weeks ago from a new cab of 25 code ARO JUN 07,thoughht that I would be giving this a 10. Despite a very careful 3 match light up experienced inconsistent burn mid way which was a bit of a disapointment - however this is a terrific rich cigar, beautiful dark oily wrapper with toffee, digestive biscuit and caramel favours...certainly one to be savoured at your lesure and from my point of view right up there with the Partagas Series D....highly recommended...but given the burn problem can only give this a 9 - Submitted by berlin120 on January 2, 2008

Review #48: Hola. From a box dated in 2007, I find here a good example how a light/medium cigar could be married with class and complexity, even young it was a good smoke. After 3-5 years it will be superb. Nice introduction to Habanos Robusto Vitola. - Submitted by olisiponense on December 10, 2007

Review #47: I finally got to smoke a JL Sel #2 today and it was great! The look and feel of the dark wrapper, oily with a touch of waxy sheen stated quality. Once lit the sweet aroma quickly grabs your attention of how a good cigar should smell. Followed by the combination of subtle saltiness on the lips and the taste of creamy smoke, I knew I was in for a treat. Burned evenly, no relight necessary and a solid medium strength, full flavored cigar was enjoyed to the nub...I think...I liked it. - Submitted by nottiman on December 10, 2007

Review #46: Another insider cigar in my books. The JL sel 2 is a close contender of the Epi2 both in flavor and in consistency and quality. The distinguished fermented aromas permeate through this cigar more so than many of its more highly priced counterparts like the cohiba Robusto or the D4. medium in strength and finish, this woody robusto is a balanced and reliable smoke more suitable after lunch than dinner. - Submitted by Duncan on October 18, 2007

Review #45: Sorry friends, made a wrong rating. I wanted to rate 7 not 4. :-) - Submitted by Fidelito on September 21, 2007
