Juan Lopez Seleccion No 2 Review:

Together with the Selección No. 1, these are undeniablly the two best cigars from Juan Lopez. These cigars have propelled Juan Lopez from a 2nd class manufacturer into the league of great cigar makers. The "robusto size" smoker will really appreciate this cigar.

It´s unusual to hear this cigar is not well known at least of everyone, but it should never overlooked the actual production is superb in draw,combustion and it taste range from sweet wood to caramel with spice bravo a truly great cuban ! - Submitted by DG on September 3, 2009

JUN 08 Bought a cabinet of these and smoked one right on arrival. I noticed the cigar had an excellent draw, even burn and a taste very typical of a strong Cuban. Got a bit of the "good green" flavor toward the end and a slight caramel finish. Tried another one after storing in the humidor for about a month, the edge has definitely been shaved, still potent but had more of an opportunity to enjoy the nuances. The "good green" flavor kicked in much earlier, some leather and an excellent caramel finish. Not the most complex but is smooth, strong and extremely tasty. APR 08 Took a chance and ordered a few singles with my latest box purchase. One of them being this fantastic cigar. I have to agree with reviewer #71, this cigar deserves a much higher rating. OCT 07 Dont look to nice. My cigars if from 07. There are some green spots to the wrapper as often seen on the MC. The taste though is very nice. A nice balanced cigar. Flora taste with notes of cinnamon. The burn is ok and the draw ok but a bit firm. Maybe it will open up further with some proper storing. - Submitted by cigarman74 on June 8, 2009
