Review #32: You get what you pay for with these cigars. They can be really inconsistent. Better than smoking something not Cuban though. - Submitted by matty on November 5, 2007
- Submitted by nacho on October 12, 2007
Review #30: After about a year and a half from my last review of this cheap but yet sufficient habanos, I still keep about 10 of them in my humidor and usually offer it to first time smokers or regulars who know nothing but the rip off habanos. I once changed the ring of this to a Romeo Jullitta No: 2 (it was a bit loose), and offered it to a so called aficionado, who only smokes R&J. He loved it and kept bragging about how good the R&J is. You should have seen his face when I told him that the cigar he just finished up was the king of cheap habanos. Disregard the price and enjoy these. Still and every day cigar to me. - Submitted by caglargonculer on July 29, 2007
No sabe ni huele a nada - Submitted by rafa on May 27, 2007
Review #28: I've been smoking JLP's daily - brevas and cremas for about two months and I'll keep on smoking them. I would like to be able to walk into a cigar store and pick up a Monte or Partagas for an occasional fine cigar but it just isn't legal yet. In the meantime, JLP's are quite satisfactory. I just started with Cubans this year and should probably begin with the basics anyway. I smoke three cigars a day on average so I expect JLP's to be my everyday cigar for a long time. I've smoked cigars for years and find these to be better and less expensive than the non cubans I usually smoked. - Submitted by steveclark on April 12, 2007
