Review #51: just to clarify, as far as I know the wrapper is hand made, the rest could be machine made, but I have no info on that. - Submitted by aathans on June 28, 2007
Review #50: UPDATE on my Review #46
I've smoked about twelve of these now and am no longer impressed. The quality is either a hit or miss. Some of them simply taste salty and disgusting. I do not think I will buy any more in the future because the cost of the bad ones which I end up smoking a third and throwing away offsets the costs of spending a bit more on a cheap cigar from a more reputable manufacturer (i.e. RyJ No.3s). - Submitted by mtec on June 19, 2007
Review #49: These are perfect for brooding with your head sticking out of the window. Whispy ash because it's so loosely rolled, but all the more fun to chomp on, right? Pepper, cola, leathery cream of tarter and not too bad at all. For the price I think you'll find none better. Best of the El Cheapos. Smoke it with a dark beer and have fun. Rating obviously takes price into consideration. - Submitted by Ethan Taliesin Houser on June 9, 2007
Review #48: very good cigar for a ridiculous price, I hve spent more money for badest ! - Submitted by krishmetz on June 8, 2007
Review #47: Just smoked one from a box(cardboard) of 25. It reminded me of the cigars that the old Italian gentlemen where I'm from(tri-state area) smoked. They called them "Guinea Stinkers"- not my name for them- black, gnarly smokes that were very strong. These are not refined or subtle, if you want that smoke a Saint Luis Rey Regio. This fellow came at me with woody, earthy, Cuban tobacco power. Fairly smooth.
The Cuban cigar guide says these are handmade with short filler. On this site it says they are machine made. Doesn't make a difference to me.
These are a perfect after work smoke, I get off work at night, when you don't want to fire up an expensive smoke. Just what I was looking for. - Submitted by Arnie on June 6, 2007
