Jose L. Piedra Brevas Review:

Petit Corona type, a medium-bodied, well-balanced cigar, not subtle yet a robust one delivering a full mouth of earthy and rawer Cuban flavors, again at a good price.

Review #40: Bought these to try and find a cheap and enjoyable everyday cuban,I found it and just ordered another lot. You cannot bet $2.50 a stick for a unique earthy medium bodied smoke.Havent put any age on them they were ready to burn before i even signed for them from my postman.Beats any other cigar in the price rang! - Submitted by meatman2580 on May 14, 2008

Review #39: Always dissapointed by most of the reviews here for this cigar . I have now tried multiple sticks from several years to date . Yes , some sticks are uglier than others . Yes, these are not made from long filler tobacco and sometimes tobacco pieces break off into your mouth (how sad). But , even without taking cost in the equation ,these can offer soft, twangy Cuban flavors in average years and stronger chocolaty tones in great years like 06/07' . I have found an occasional clunker in construction and taste but , not anymore than any in most of the major brands .I am going to have to age some for awhile to see just how good these can get .Definitely better than a good number of the low cost Cubans I've tried that cost 50% more . - Submitted by wahoo33 on April 29, 2008

Review #38: I'm smoking one at the moment saying that you can understand its cuban but has immature taste of smoke.Very good for its price(40 euros 25box) and agreed to others for the every day smoke. - Submitted by zambination on April 21, 2008

Review #37: For the price, its ok if some of them are almost unsmokable or simply tastes disgusting and salty. These are machine made, so you will get better luck of some hand made cigar most of the times, there are cheapies there to. I'd rather recommend Quintero Londres Extra, or Partagas Aristocrats. - Submitted by Nume on March 17, 2008

Review #36: A great cigar for the money. Good flavor, and very consitant.Great for an everyday smoke. - Submitted by cshort on January 27, 2008
