Review #10:  My 2 cents on the Hoyo Short Coronas (reviewed by each "third" of the cigar) - 1/3: mellow with strong sweet taste. 2/3: continues with strong sweet taste but adds a hint of light spice. 3/3: continues to be mellow with sweetness reducing by the puff...light hints of spice still present. Comments: sweetness can sometimes be overpowering/sickly. A decent smoke but not fantastic.

Review #9: I have smoked these sporadically but only on occasions in which I forgot about the previous unpleasant experiences. All of them I smoked were bitter and flavorless with glaring burn irregularities.

Review #7: This is a review for the Coronations Tubos, as I believe them to be the same cigar. These are a surprisingly flavourful smoke, with spiciness evident from the start. Medium-bodied and smooth, there are strong flavours of nuts and a beautiful cedary aroma. Construction not the best; gets spongy towards the end with burn problems. But for the price, this is a highly recommended short smoke, similar to the Punch Coronations. - Submitted by The Privateer on August 26, 2004
