Review #118: A very good burn with loads of flavor. As a beginner in cigars with a short 2 months of experience. I would recommend this to all newbies like me. I smoked like 5 of these and soon will me moving to Epicure No.2 - Submitted by g00degg on April 3, 2008

Review #117: Its 1.30am, i can't sleep and had been craving for a good quick cigar. So i head to my humidor and Hoyo petit robusto is the shortest one there. I remember purchasing it (just 1 stick) on February. Actually this is my first short robusto, and i was supprised. The draw is great, very mild at start and start to be more aggressive after few puff. The burn was a bit off but its kinda repair it self after a while ( started to put serious gap between each puff when i saw it starts to burn unevenly). This is a flavorful & strong cigar for it size. Considerably thick smokes. I ends up turning on my macbook to write this review while my memory is fresh :D Definitely a time well spent, i can go to sleep in peace now. Good night - Submitted by boyez on March 30, 2008

Review #116: What a great cigar!!! This is my go to short smoke. I usually make it last and smoke it slow because you just dont want it to end. I am not the biggest fan of Hoyo usually but this cigar is no typical Hoyo. Loads of flavor and gets very spicy. This cigars starts great and ends awesome. Not to mention just absolutely beautiful construction. If you are considering a box ITS WORTH IT!!! My last code is MEL DIC 07 great box!!! - Submitted by sticksmoker on March 29, 2008

Review #115: These are unusual with their fantasticly fragrant tropical fruit and floral aromas, plus there's some nutty, earthy and mild peppery spice flavours in the second 1/2. However, I've had a number of burn/draw issues with these (even over a range of RH points) which make for a frustrating experience. When burn and draw are good, these are fantastic. - Submitted by benr on March 26, 2008

Review #114: IF i MAY, I WOULD LOVE TO JUMP INTO THE FREY RE: THIS PATICULAR ROBUSTO AND SAY THAT I CERTAINLY ECHO THE SENTIMENTS OF REVIEWER #113. THIS IS TRULY A NUB SMOKER!! THE ENCYCLOPEDIC QUALITIES REFLECTED BY ANOTHER REVIEWER('TRUST ME ENCYCLOPEDIC IS COOL** )IN REVIEW #111 CAUSED ME TO CARFULLY CONSIDER WHY MY THOUGHTS RUN ALONG SIMILAR LINES BUT WITH THIS CAVEAT! GIVE A SOLID 3MOS. TO A YEAR FOR THE 07's & 08's. i SUPPOSE THAT MAY SOUND SOPHOMORIC TO THE INITIATED SO FORGIVE ME. NON-THE LESS i HAVE BEEN SMOKING THE "TRUE" FOR ELEVEN YRS. AND HAVE EXPERIENCED THIS ONE IN PARTICULAR SINCE 05. i HAVE OCCATIONALLY PULLED ONE OUT OF THE BOX RARIN' & READY' YET YOUNG AND ALSO SO GREEN IT MADE ME GO ^%#^&*$#^%#$^!! PROBABLY MORE PEOPLE ARE ON THE EDMUNDO' VIBE OR THE SHORT CHURCH' BUT GIVEN SOME AGE THIS IS A STRIKING 'BUSTO'. i DO A BULLET CUT AND DRAW UNLIT TO GET THE SEMI-SWEET FIG HIT(DOES THAT DRAW IN THE OILS??). ALWAYS SEEMS TO LIGHT UP NICE WHEN I DO THAT . DEFINITLY CAROB OR CACAO, YOU KNOW THAT DUSTY BITTER SWEET CHOCOLATE QUALITY. SECOND HALF ASSUREDLY DARKER CREAM AND COFFEE NOTES. THEN COMES THAT HINT OF WHITE PEPPER PULLING THE CREAM INTO THE BACKGROUND ON THE FINAL QUARTER. ALWAYS VERY GOOD CONSTRUCTION AND CONSISTENT. hUMBLY i REmAIN ZEEBO THE POET...AKA - Submitted by zeebo on March 11, 2008
