Hoyo de Monterrey Le Hoyo des Dieux Review:
Known as the best of Le Hoyo series, Le Hoyo des Dieux offers an extraordinary woody taste, not the common woody taste, but one which belongs to exotic patterns in great balance. A minimum ageing of at least five years is recommended for this cigar.

Review #22: Have been smoking from an aged cabinet and really like these cigar for a number of reasons. first, tey are affordable and easy to find. Second is the taste. Light and mellow and very woodlike. As others have stated, and I will agree, sometimes a hint of nutiness, the cigar that is, not me. Some leather and some leaves all intertwined t make for what I think is a tasty corona. Again, I am no expert, just an opinionated bastard who enjoys a nice smoke a brief respite from my old lady and new daughter. The daughter is cool, not so sure about the old lady anymore, but back to the cigar. It is a corona size, which means it can be enjoyed in under an hour. I will give this one 4 stars as it is not a real complex smoke, but quite lovely and enjoyale as autumn begins. How it got the 9.1 rating is beyond me since some of the sticks are rather tightly rolled. Bottom line, a good smoke at a great price with a pleasing taste and goodquality construction. - Submitted by Rich Golodner on September 30, 2007
Review #21: I have 2 cabinet boxes from 2001. I am getting towards the end of the first box. This is without doubt one of the most enjoyable cigars I have ever smoked; certainly the first two thirds anyway. They can get a tad confused towards the end. Highly recommended. - Submitted by matty on August 2, 2007
Review #20: This is a superb Habanos. I fought with it to keep it lit several times, but upon relighting no ammonia or sour notes were found. The burn was even and the flavours and aromas were excellent. This has become my favourite cigar from the Hoyo de Monterrey line. - Submitted by cookj1 on August 2, 2007
