Review #26: This is my all-time favorite cigar- favorite size and brand. This cigar is not full-bodied, I consider it to be medium-bodied. The cigar is very smooth and rich. This should be the first corona gorda that you should try if you haven't already. Enjoy. - Submitted by Epicure_1 on February 16, 2007
Review #25: I love it! Not as much as my Partagas Series D Nr.4 but then it is no Robusto and naturally my taste. Lite cigar, it has loads of flavour. If you try this cigar please take more then an hour and try to relax at the same time. Last time before this one I enjoyed one at a horse jumping competition. I was lucky, I could look through big windows sitting comfortable in a nice warm atmosphere. A great cigar to relax on a Saturday night. - Submitted by schimahen on December 1, 2006
Review #24: You know, normally I'm not a fan of Hoyo's. Several terrible experiences with the Double Corona made me skeptical to even try this rather small stick. I will say, it was extremely flavorfull. I've heard some say that this is a great cigar for beginners. Well beginner I'm not, and delighted I was. Very spicy beginning, followed by the addition of a creamy, musty, and almost sweet aftertaste. Very enjoyable 50-60 minute hermoso. Cheers. - Submitted by mprach on September 16, 2006
Review #23: I have just smoked a couple of these from 1999. They had matured nicely and had that distinctive Hoyo smoke, light but flavourful.
However, I don't feel it lives up to the high standard set by the petit robusto which is actually cheaper than this one. I'm glad I tried it but I think I'll be going back to the PRs as my regular smoke. - Submitted by stef_install on June 22, 2006
