Review #28: WHAT A TORPEDO FROM HUPMANN, BOXES FROM EARLY 2000 PRODUCTION RUNS. CLASSIC HUPMANN FROM THE GET-GO, THE EVER SO INTOXICATING AND DECADENT MUSTY TRADEMARKED HUPMANN FLAVORS ARE THE MAINSTAY, ADDED TO THAT IS A MOST DECADENT CHOCOLATE AND ESPRESSO DRIZZLE, THESE ARE BETTER THAN THE MONTY NO '2 I HAVE FROM THE SAME YEAR, EARLY 2000. THE UNMISTAKEABLE MUSTY FLAVOR MAKE THESE A TRULY CLASSIC FIND. - Submitted by BIGYESTA on March 29, 2006

Review #27: I just bought a box of these smokes. They look delicious. I placed them in my humidor to age. The aroma straight out of the box is of spicy good quality tobacco with hints of cedar. The construction is solid despite having veins in the wrappers. I can't wait to fire them up in a few months. - Submitted by Kathleen on March 19, 2006

Review #26: Looks and feels like a Monte #2. Burn was very good with a draw that was a bit too tight. However, I got nice amounts of smoke. Flavors include basic Cuban cedar taste with nut and pepper. In the end I even noticed some hints of mint. The smoke had a wonderful smell of honey and caramel. After a nearly two hour long smoke, I felt a bit of a buzz, and I could tell this was indeed a sublime smoke. - Submitted by Lemon on July 8, 2005

Review #25: It is always hard to decide between the Montecristo 2, the Diplomaticos 2 and this Upmann ... number 2. All beautifully balanced. One thing for sure: you can\'t go wrong. - Submitted by dee_m on April 22, 2005

Review #24: another solid cigar from the Upmann range. burns evenly and construction is pretty commendable. A really well aged one will knock your socks off! leathery draw and equally nutty base taste, this piramide can turn a little spicy after the half way mark. pitted against the monte 2, the Upmann 2 can definitely hold its own. it is one of the piramides that fills up a large part of my collection. however works better as a pre dinner smoke for me - Submitted by Duncan on April 20, 2005
