Review #33: I bought a box of these cigars marked Oct 04 which were the best pyramides I have ever tasted. I then bought two more boxes marked Nov 04 but these were no where nearly as good. However, still a great cigar, smooth and a great draw. - Submitted by shanghai on June 19, 2006

Review #31: Well this was a dissapointment. In all my years of smoking Havanas I had not tried this cigar until a couple of days ago. I bought a couple of singles, early '05 production. One was rolled too tight and took some effort to smoke. The second was fairly loose, though not too much. Good draw, but the taste was rough and quite flat until the final third. I have no doubt these can be excellent cigars but clearly must take a while to mature into something good. Maybe 2-3 years? I have heard the strength increases somewhat when aged also. I will try again certainly, but I wonder which are the best productions of recent years? Maybe most '05 are good but I got a couple of sickies? Not bad smokes however, still get 7/10. - Submitted by A. Dyer on May 30, 2006

Review #30: Yesterday i was at La Casa Del Habano in Montreal in the cigar lounge smoking a UPMANN # 2 whith a nice LAPHROAIG. Very nice format, beautifully made, great color.Burn's even, first 1/3 mild, 2/3 medium to strong and the last third is a kicker!!! not to be compared with the Magnum 46 witch is kind of mild. It was my first Piramide ever and i wasn't disapointed. This baby will end-up in my humidor. - Submitted by beaver on May 21, 2006

Review #29: I fired up a few of these over the weekend. WOW!!! This is a fantastic cigar. The draw is smooth with a great balance of flavor and spice. Its more consistant than the Monte #2 which is mass produced and may lead to QC problems. This cigar gets better and better over time. Great aging potential. I can't wait to try these again a year from now. This is my all time favorite pyramid. - Submitted by Kathleen on May 4, 2006
