Review #48: box date unknown but this was one of the best cigars i have had period. flavor bomb from first puff to the end .. alittle tight on the draw. but the flavor which is the most important part of the cigar in my opinion was superb. i highly recommend this and the magnum 46 - Submitted by k9ahara on November 7, 2008

Review #47: AUG 03 I heard these were best with 5 or more years of age so I wanted to wait that long before trying the first from this box. Boy, was it worth the wait! Strong tobacco flavor, perfect draw and a perfect burn down to the nub. Easily one of the top two best cigars I've had this year. - Submitted by Nivel Acuso on August 10, 2008

Review #46: --- 02 Just smoking an '02 - although very tight on the draw, it smokes remarkably well. Intense and rich without being overly strong, creamy and with a dried-flower character in the first half. Smooth, but still lots of improvement to come with age, one can sense that. Not as refined in the second half, just rich and undeveloped. Lots of condensate build-up, though. - Submitted by Hercule Poirot on July 3, 2008

Review #45: --- 06 AGO32006 reads this varnished box! is it march or august? I am not up to date on the factories, but boy am I pissed!!! The box when opened looked as a dream. I blindly chose my first and smoked it, and I would have rated it a 9 just for the bold lingering salty, musky, leathery, refined fruity-good power of cuban tobacco chingones spirit which imbues the nostrils long-term and stays embedded there for weeks to come! chose the best one in the entire box while my epicurean brother sat smoking his with very little complaint. He subtly mentioned a bit of a tight draw. Then upon examination and smoking others I found that 4/5 were plugs and looked like they were bunched by idiots. Looking down at the ends one can see improper bunching and uneven density of filler annoyingly protruding outside the butt ends. May be a waste of great tobacco, maybe I will age them at lower humidity as suggested, but the cigar aint green and if I have to I will chop them up and smoke them also ruining my lovely Italian pipes! What a tease! - Submitted by gombie on June 14, 2008

Review #44: APR 04 From a box of April 04. My first one, after a few weeks in the humidor was nothing to shout about. My second one after 10 weeks or so was different story all together. A wonderful after dinner smoke. Fine draw, full body with plenty of woody flavour. One of the best churchill I've had this year. A great compliment to a 15 years old speydide malt, or is it the other way around ?!? - Submitted by worjor on May 17, 2008
