Review #11: Well you can't believe what you read. "Cigar Aficionado" November/December '04 rated this cigar an 88 (not really a great score). So its a matter of taste. To me what a wonderfull pleasure it was to smoke this cigar, well worth the price. I'm really disappointed with those guys it changed my regards with their opinions. - Submitted by Northphilly on November 23, 2004
Review #10: I still prefer the Esplendido, but this cigars will give it a run right to the end. Great construction with a wonderful feel and smell right out of the box. The burn is even all the way through. It starts as a medium bodied smoke, but before you realize it, you know this is a FULL bodied, take no prisoners cigar.Definately better then the RyJ Churchill. If you are looking for full body in a Churchill then this is your cigar. The Esplendido tends to be more medium bodied then this Rocket ship Ride . light one up for me - Submitted by Ereper on October 16, 2004
Review #9: A perfect cigar. Never had a bad one... great burn with a taste you don't find elsewhere. Not many of the newcomers, often offered with big hype, can stand with this real classic. Often underappreciated! - Submitted by Dolnet on September 26, 2004
Review #8: Fantastic Cigar. After trying a range of montechristos, cohibas, partagas and others, this is the best alongside the cohiba esplendido. I can't pick a winner between the two, because they are such different experiences, but if you like strong wood notes in a cigar that is constructed perfectly and ages like a dream, this is for you. Considering it's immense quality, it's a bargain too. - Submitted by nappan on July 11, 2004
Review #7: finaly a masterpiece! I smoke alot of Cuban cigars and lately have been disappointed with many of them. I smoked a cohiba IV 4 or 5 years ago and was very satisfied. Recently i bought a box of 25 cohiba IV. I dont know what happend but they were all bad! The draw was fine. So i did some close research and the ratings and taste tests all pointed toward Sir Winston. Every other draw exposed new and differnt sensations. especially creamy ones with delicate spice notes. This ones a keeper. Nothing could be better just different.
