Review #66: What a great cigar. Cedar, cocoa & cream in a medium bodied cigar. Very impressive for such a young cigar & far better than my 03s. Box code FEB 2010 - Submitted by Bassman on March 7, 2011

Review #65: ---   End of the holiday gift to myself. Bought a single, probably 08... This was really a great cigar. Perfect construction, nice oily colorado wrapper and the best draw I've had in a long time. Since I'm usually don't smoke those big guns I was surprised that there was no nicotineshock. No harshness, a little bitternes at the end (smoked it over the ring)and cocoa, milkcoffee from beginning to the end. I have to get a box, with more age this would be perfection. - Submitted by arnehdhh on August 24, 2010

Review #64: JAN 08 Great cigar but not a 10 in my opinion - at least not at this age. Its rich, leatherly and toasty, but I think its greatest strength (and prehaps its greatest weakness) is its predominant flavor of "pure" cuban tobacco. I don't think I've ever smoked anything from Havana that has this purity of rich tobacco flavor. Downside is that you're not going to get the coffee, cocoa, vanilla, honey, fruity flavors of other brands and formats. It also lacks that characteristic Upmann "mustiness" (don't know what else to call it) that the Magnum 46, No. 2 and Monarca have and replaces it with a sort of velvety, cool smoke that, again, is very pleasing but could be disappointing to some (I find it very refreshing). Anyway, the Sir Winston may very well be the best churchill on the market today, and there is certainly nothing better if you're in the mood for pure cuban tobacco character that I've come across. - Submitted by Goldenberg on May 17, 2010
