Review #17: This is one cigar that give a good reason to try the EL. Money well spent. - Submitted by spawn on May 9, 2007

Review #16: Good smoke, but not mind blowing to me. At 14 euros a stick here in Germany I could have bought a Sir Winston from '03 for the same price or 2 Upmann No.2's from the local shop that are almost hitting their stride. I really am a huge Upmann fan, so I am not going to be critical of this stick, but...Maybe in a year I would like to try it again. It possesses obviously high quality tobacco, but in my opinion isn't ready to be smoked. It hasn't mellowed enough to appreciate what it has to offer. It has a very beautiful perfumey smell to it and the smoke also smells wonderful, but it has a sharpness to its taste that gives away its youth. It has all the ingredients to be great, but right now its just good. Definitely not great. But buy one and put it away. Of course if you are like me, you can NEVER put them away! I'm just too weak for temptation! - Submitted by Jimbo on May 9, 2007

Review #15: LAST NIGHT I REVISITED ONE OF MY CABS FROM LAST YEARS PURCHASE. FJN MAY 05 CABINET FROM SWITZERLAND. THE VITOLE I CHOSE WAS FROM THE MIDDLE OF THE CABINET, AND WAS ALMOST PERFECT. THE THING WAS ROLLED AS TIGHT AS A BRICK AND THE WRAPPER LOOKED AS THOUGH IT WAS SHRINK WRAPPED AROUND THE CIGAR. THE FIRST THING WHEN IT WAS LIT WAS THE DECADENT AND INTOXICATING SIGNATURE MUSTY OLD SCHOOL FLAVOR, THIS ONE WAS EVEN A BIT MORE MUSTY THAN THEY USUALLY TASTE. AFTER THE FIRST INCH, THE FLOOD GATES OPENED FULLY RELEASING THE ESPRESSO, SWISS CHOCOLATE, AND VANILLA FLAVORS, THERE WAS EVEN SOME GRILLED PEANUTS TINGING THE PALATE. HALF WAY THRU THE ESPRESSO WAS TURNED UP A FEW NOTHCHES, AND THE CHOCOLATE TURNED EVEN MORE BITTER AND RICH. THE VANILLA WAS A WELCOMED TOPPING TO THE OVERPOWERING OILY ESPRESSO AND CHOCOLATE. TOWARD THE END THERE WAS A MOST UNUSUAL CITRIS, LIKE GRATING AN ORANGE PEEL FOR A DESSERT. THE FINAL FEW PUFFS WERE SO HEAVY WITH NICOTINE I THINK I GOT A BUZZ OFF OF IT.I AM SO GLAD I WAS ABLE TO GET THE 10 CABINETS WHEN I DID, THEY ARE ALMOST GONE FROM EVERYONES STOCK, THE ONLY SUPPLIERS THAT HAVE THEM HAVE RAISED THE PRICE TO ALMOST 500.00 USD I ONLY PAID 235.00 FOR EACH OF THE 10 CABS FROM SWITZERLAND. THE SCORE A TRUE 10 IF EVER THERE WAS ONE. - Submitted by BIGYESTA on October 17, 2006

Review #14: Reviewer #12....you have fakes. But I have found these need more time to merry the flavors - Submitted by habanohal on October 16, 2006

Review #13: I'm afraid you have counterfeits Esh. Edición Limitadas are, as the name suggests, limited production for the year they are labelled and don't change in any aspect. These are some of the richest most complex EL's ever...if not the best. Of course it's down to personal taste. Absolute top marks, sheer quality with excellent aging potential. :-) - Submitted by A. Dyer on October 16, 2006
