Review #12: I just finished a box from 2001 which was beautiful. The cigar was medium-full with a perfect burn and a lovely complexity - rich with nutty, woody tobacco flavors. I bought a box a box marked 2003 and what a difference. There is a muddled, earthy flavor with little complexity and I would say one out of three of the smokes have a restricted draw in one way or another. Could be a bad roller or a good roller on a bad day. Nonetheless, I won't buy them again. - Submitted by John Smith - NJ on December 27, 2004

Review #11: A very pleasant and easy cigar to smoke, very enjoyable. Draw is a bit hard but not excessively so, so it tok a bit of "puffing" which did not, as pointed out below, produce great billows of snoke - a pity! Definitely improves in the second third, but my goodness, what a lot of tar! I had to resort to a holder which spoils things a bit, but there was so much tar I had no choice! - Submitted by n1elus on October 28, 2004

Review #10: Just got a box of 2003's. What a great smoke! Mild but full of flavor. An overlooked cigar that for the money gives alot of pleasure. I am ordering more for sure. - Submitted by flyer on September 29, 2004

Review #9: This cigar is my fourth best choice out of a bunch of Cuban cigars I smoked. Yes the draw is a little difficult. The taste is of cherries, like the winks brand. Very mild smoke with a beautiful white wrapper appearance. To be enjoyed with a whisky and coke. - Submitted by albert84 on September 17, 2004

Review #8: For those of us who like easy drawing cigars and plumes of bellowing smoke, this is not the cigar to buy...No complaints as to the taste however.. I smoke these down to the numbs. The taste is smooth and consistent throughout...no bitterness, unmistakingly cuban taste... handrolling bunch filler isn't a good idea unfortunately...makes for a very tight draw... have a drawpoker or a straightened-out paperclip handy, that should loosen up the draw a bit and allow you to enjoy this and any other hand-rolled bunch filler cigar... 3 out of 5 for a very tight draw.. - Submitted by Tony M. on August 12, 2004
