Review #157: ---   What can I say about this cigar that hasn’t already been said? Excellent construction, smooth as silk and a wonderful peppery Partagás finish. Just over one hour of bliss. I rested this for 3 years in my humidor. I must buy a 25 cab of these. - Submitted by jumpfrog on August 20, 2018

Review #156: ---   Seemed a very young cigar, thus a bit agressive, with strength overwhelming the flavours, which are pleasant. Construction and draw were flawless. In 1 year, I expect wonders of this cigar. - Submitted by Heinrich on January 11, 2018

Review #155: Very good cigar, very good burn. Don't wait for spicy, quite mild. For me, perfect for a Sunday afternoon reading. - Submitted by eric H on April 11, 2016

Review #154: JUL 14 The Lusitania has something no other cigar has. That majestic mildness at the start (the incipit) is nothing short of marvelous. The smoke is cool and the mildness announces the strength and delights that are to come. Back to the initial smoke: it is cool and smooth yet strong and it says one thing: opulence. As one progresses in the first third it gets stronger, richer, and more diverse: the notes get deeper more evocative: a wonderful cigar. I first smoked this cigar in 1988 in France, still in my teens; to be sure it has changed, but the idea is the same, the perfect synthesis of subtlety and power. It was my favorite companion whenever I could afford it. The Lusitania’s strength also speaks to the strengths of the double corona format. Out of favor with the fashionistas today, it remains the format of connaisseurs. The Lusitania is the best DC there is, just more flavorful than the punch and the Hoyo (to be sure), it stood, it stands the test of time. The Lusitania is Havana, beyond fads and format/vitolas fashions! My absolute favorite. Only one worthy of Kipling’s quote in my book. 94 (on average, depending on the box/factory) out of 100. Please note this reviewer is a follower of Zino’s edicts, not a nib smoker. - Submitted by Rufus on December 11, 2015

Review #153: APR 14 (MOB Coded) The best DC hands down. Leather, earth, roasted peanuts, and chocolate are dominant. Velvety smoke. This cigar never disappoints. Dark and oily wrapper. One of my favorite Havanas, a stand out in the Partagas portfolio. - Submitted by davess08 on August 16, 2015
