Review #39: ---   Box date unknown. As far as I know it, this stick came in the new glossy yellow tubes and is handmade. In short...wow. Very strong and spicy flavours coupled with a spicy nose at the start. Spiciness dies down after the first third to reveal a more finesse texture. Very earthy, lots of spice flavours, toasty tobacco, dark coffee, bean and woodiness. Spice ramps up again in the final quarter. Subtle hint of vanilla which comes off and on throughout. Lingering aftertaste of cedar and earth, one imagines like chewing on a clod of Cuban earth that grew the tobacco tree which produced the leaves for this cigar. Slight leather aromas come through towards the end. Strong nicotine hit. Thick and rich smoke with ever so slight uneven burn. Raw and untamed like a Cuban God emerging from the Primordial. I wonder if it will ever mellow out if aged in the tube with the cedar sheath. - Submitted by sengjc on May 26, 2010

Review #37: OCT 08 Very good cigar for a very very good price. A very "Partagas" Style ! Normaly I don't buy Tubos. It change my mind. Try it ! - Submitted by krishmetz on July 3, 2009

- Submitted by cipu on June 9, 2009

Review #35: DEC 07 I brought a box a couple of weeks ago. I have had about 10 already, all but one being superb. The cigars are all well made, very minor occassional burn issues. the ash, being of a medium/dark grey colour, hold on for about an inch before it falls off. The wrapper has a nice marble look too it which I always love about partagas. The flavours are in the darker range, so a mixture of cocoa coffee and earth. A great cigar, I reccomend you all to try. - Submitted by antonius on March 17, 2009
