Review #4: One of my favorites: powerful but elegant, its strenght evolves in a delicious crescendo. I've heard news that is going to be fully replaced by the Corona Gorda unvarnished version, at least in my country. Quite a shamel! I don't understand Habanos' policy to reduce classic vitolas as Dalias and Cervantes in favor of Corona Gordas and Robustos... - Submitted by Slump from Italy on May 9, 2004
Review #3: A wonderful cigar, but needs age. After 4+ years, develops a rich, spicy flavor, which as Razvan notes, explodes in the last half. Amust have in any humidor. - Submitted by Fitz on April 24, 2004
Review #2: The 8-9-8 Varnished are reported to be full flavor cigars, but the strenght isn't unpleasant. Very flavorful, rich aroma (pepper and nut undertones). First half is round and allusive, but the last is a blast! Minor flaws in construction, still an equal and easy draw. I love it! - Submitted by Razvan Voncu on April 12, 2004
