Review #19: DEC 98 Smoked my first one today. Perfect draw & burn. Started mild with toasty tobacco flavor. Became a little stronger as it burned, but the flavor remained monolithic. A good, if not inspiring cigar. Would not consider buying these. - Submitted by Bassman on October 27, 2009

Review #18: --- 05 Appearance: Very thin, very fragile looking cigar. Wrapper was bumpy and a bit veiny. Elegant appearance. Construction: Slightly soft and spongy throughout the whole length. No inconsistencies at all. Aroma: The slightest barnyard aroma from both ends before and after cutting. Draw: Excellent pre-light draw. I knew this would be a ripper. Slight aniseed/tobacco taste. Smoke: Immediately gave off pillows of smoke, and the situation didn't change through the entire cigar. First Third: I knew this was going to be good. The first puff was the give away. A mouth full of cream and leather, and a nose full of pepper. I could detect chocolate and coffee flavours creeping in - similar to the Monte E2, but more complex. Second Third: Chocolate and coffee did not materialize as I'd expected. Instead they were taken over by a citrus flavour (orange, it seemed) and a sweet smoothness. Still pepper in the nose and a very delicious, delicate leather aroma. None the less, the chocolate and coffee could be detected in the background. Sort of like smoking a Jaffa - choc orange Final Third: This cigar was never ending. It retained its light/medium body perfectly and didn't get harsh. Chocolate and coffee disappeared. Just smooth tobacco, with citrus flavour. Burn: Touch-ups - ZERO Ash: Kept falling every 7 cm or so. I put that down to the fact that the cigar is very thin. Ash was a dark smudged grey Smoking Time: 1hr 30mins Conclusion: Have not been this impressed by a cigar in a long time. This is probably the best cigar I've smoked all year, and one of the most ocmplex and enjoyable cigars I've ever smoked. Rating: 96/100 - Submitted by Kangaroo495 on October 27, 2009

Review #17: a great cigar from a sometimes forgotten about brand ..smooth and elegant appearance with medium body, full flavor tobacco ...sweetness of chocolate, bitterness and punch of strong black coffee compliment a rich blend earthiness with some hints of pepper toward the final stage...excellent 92 out of 100 - Submitted by sause2112 on July 30, 2009

Review #16: Wow, beautiful flavor from the start. Lots of chocolate and vanilla in the first half and then everything got really serious. This cigar became a lot stronger than I had anticipated it would at the beginning. But when you think about it you have 2 hours of smoke traveling down the same path and oh yeah, it develops a punch. Still deserves a very high rating because of flavor. A very elegant experience indeed!! - Submitted by jazzbass on July 20, 2009

Review #15: Awesome! Way better than expected and based upon previous reviews my expectations were pretty high. Not a big fan of long cigars and long thin ones? Looking at it made me laugh - what a joke, certainly comical looking to me, but the joke was on me. Modest, but excellent prelight aroma, even burn & suprisingly easy draw. Medium to medium strong. Strength surprised me, but very smooth and again - very easy draw. Very even burn, nice white/grey ash. Not complex, but excellent none the less. Best part, never got hot & didn't feel buzzed at all from nicotine overload which can happen on occassion with big smokes. I like reviewer #10 - a great change of pace from standard big formats. Will certainly get you noticed. While not my every day smoke, I will smoke another in the future. Give it a try, but be prepared for a good 90 minutes of uninterrupted down time. - Submitted by hoodlum on July 10, 2009
