Review #9: I recently acquired a cabinet of these, and they've agedfor about 6 months...I think they are the best buy around. Rich, complex, and a great, long finish. never bitter. I'll always keep these stocked, good for the morning or afternoon, not too over-powering. I like them better than the Cohiba robustos, more flavor, in my opinion. - Submitted by fishguy on July 18, 2004
Review #8: For me this is a classic. It's very distinctive sweet burnt toffee flavours match perfectly with a glass of tokay. Quite different from many of the most famous Cuban cigars. Its flavour is lighter than some but it isn't dry or woody like many poorer cigars. - Submitted by Dr Chris on May 8, 2004
Review #7: Smoked a few of these from various years and factories. Some have been so-so. When they have been so-so, they are lacking flavor and depth. But when the majority have been so good as to make this cigar a must in my rotation of great cigars. While still a great cigar in their own right for serious lovers of the leaf, their competitive price and smooth and pleasant flavor also make them a great cigar for a beginning Cuban smoker. - Submitted by chris12381 on April 20, 2004
Review #6: A low priced Habano, but still very disappointing. However, this was a well-rolled cigar with a good draw and nicely box pressed. The wrapper was too vainy and the cigar lacked flavor and dimension, even though I found it to be too strong in body. The burn was uneven from beginning to end. Better to spend twice as much on a Cohiba Robusto, a personal favorite. - Submitted by martinsfsu on March 10, 2004
Review #5: A very nice cigar. Picked up a box in Cayo Coco 2003. Boxed pressed with a medium dark wrapper, it has medium body with a very good draw and even burn. Unique some what tangy taste, very enjoyable. - Submitted by jim on February 19, 2004
