Review #18: i'm starting in on my second box, and thank god i've secured my my next, already. I have a new piramid king in my humy, the flavor and taste are for sure cuban, not second guessing like this years monty #2 - Submitted by dfbbill on October 5, 2004
Review #17: Very mild pirámide, nothing comparable to the Monte #2, but a very satisfying cigar, because of the complexity of it's flavors. If you don't like too much strength in your big cigars, this a great option. - Submitted by Estrella on September 29, 2004
Review #16: I bought one of these locally (Toronto) just for the experience. I smoked it almost back to back with a HdM Piramides LE 2003 and let me just say there's no comparison! Now the Diplomaticos No. 2 is a good enough smoke, a trifle mild and more like a good DR cigar then Cuban! So, no regrets and a decent experience, but not the joy of a HdM Piramides LE 2003! - Submitted by jjme on September 25, 2004
Review #15: When one thinks of Cuban cigars they tend to envision cigars of amazing power and strength. Not true of the wonderful Diplomaticos #2. This is a classic medium bodied cigar that only has minimal spice. Certainly not what many expect from a good Cuban. But what it lacks in strength it more than makes up for in flavor and complexity. To the veteran smoker this one will knock your socks off. Absolutely delicious. It has a wonderful and unique character that must be tasted to understand. I recommend them very highly. - Submitted by CoolBurn on August 12, 2004
Review #14: These are great smokes. I find them to have a little bit more harsh then the Monte 2, but excellent flavour. The Box date of the ones I have is 05/02 and I have a feeling that after 2 or 3 years more years of aging they will be hard to beat. - Submitted by Jim Canada on July 30, 2004
